2. Delivery Method

a) Digital Products & Services

  • Webinar access links are shared via email or WhatsApp after successful payment
  • Digital products are delivered through downloadable links or email access
  • Marketing services are initiated through email, calls, or agreed digital communication channels

No physical shipping is involved for digital products or services.

b) Physical Products (Books)

  • Physical books are shipped using reliable third-party courier and logistics partners
  • Shipping address details are collected at checkout
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information

3. Delivery Timeline

Digital Products

Access is generally provided within 24 hours of successful payment

Physical Products – Domestic (India)

  • Order dispatch timeline: 3–5 business days after order confirmation
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on location and courier partner

Physical Products – International Orders

  • Order dispatch timeline: 3–7 business days after order confirmation
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination country, customs clearance, and courier service

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors.

4. Shipping Charges & Duties

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment
  • For international shipments, customers are solely responsible for:
    • Customs duties
    • Import taxes
    • VAT or local levies charged by destination country authorities

Delima does not control or estimate international customs charges.

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details are shared via email or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched
  • Customers can track shipments directly with the courier partner

6. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

Delima is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier or logistics partners
  • Customs clearance processes
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or force majeure events

7. Lost, Damaged, or Returned Shipments

  • If a physical product is received in a damaged condition, customers must notify Delima within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images
  • Replacement or resolution will be provided at Delima’s discretion after verification
  • Delima is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient

8. International Shipping Limitation

While Delima offers international shipping, delivery is subject to:

  • Local import regulations of the destination country
  • Courier service coverage

Delima reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be fulfilled due to regulatory or logistical constraints.
