Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content:
- No refunds once access is provided
- Duplicate payments will be refunded within 7–10 working days
2. Webinars
- No refunds once webinar access is granted
- If Delima cancels a webinar, users may choose a refund or reschedule
3. Marketing Services
- Advance payments are non‑refundable once work begins
- Any exceptions are governed by a separate service agreement
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
