By using delimadigitals.com or engaging Delima Digitals (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide online reputation management, advertising, PR, influencer, AI and web technology services. Scope, deliverables, fees and timelines are set out in a written proposal or service agreement signed by both parties, which prevails over these terms where they conflict.

Results

We work to improve outcomes for your brand but cannot guarantee specific rankings, ratings or third-party platform decisions, which are outside our control. Any performance guarantee applies only as stated in your service agreement.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and timely access needed to deliver the services, and to hold the rights to materials you give us.

Intellectual property

Website content and materials we create remain our property until paid for in full, after which ownership transfers as stated in your agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
